Isralight's
Spiritual Retreats are attended by the full
range of
Jewish adults. Whether you're in your 20's or 60's,
there will be
plenty of people in your peer group. But
sometimes the most interesting
interactions are the cross
generational ones. The average age tends
to be about 35
years old. The youngest attendees are usually in their
early 20's.
Isralight's
Spiritual Retreats are a great place to meet your
soul mate, or renew the relationship with your spouse. It's
not a "singles event", which is exactly what makes it such a
great place to meet someone. Isralight's Spiritual Retreats
are also an incredibly meaningful vacation for spouses to
hare together.
Historical registration statistics: 70% single/30% married.
It varies, but usually between 150-250.
History
has proven that Isralight inspires, educates,
benefits, and is relevant for everyone in the Jewish
community - regardless of Jewish background. Isralight
creates a Jewish experience that brings everyone together
"under one roof". How could that be? How could the same
retreat be as relevant and meaningful for Jews from so many
different backgrounds? The answer brings you to the core,
to the kernel, of Isralight's identity. The secret is in the
ideas. It's the curriculum. Isralight offers a profound,
comprehensive, and relevant understanding of Jewish
life and Jewish thought. It's the philosophical underpinnings
of it all - the spiritual roots. For a beginner, it's the logical
place to begin. For someone religious or knowledgeable
about the details of Judaism, the ideas that Isralight teaches
offer a systematic framework inside of which everything else
begins to make sense, have life, real meaning and soul.
